Laila Atar
Viola

A native New Yorker, Laila earned a degree in psychology and music therapy at the University of Rochester, and her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School.

Liala has published an article in the American Journal of Public Health, and co-authored a monograph on acute myocardial infraction. She has given local seminars on health maintenance and prevention issues including hypertension, heart attach risk, skin cancer and colon cancer and she still has time to play viola with the Tampa Bay Symphony. She is also active in her church and volunteers at the Clearwater Free Clinic.
